The whole week in one glance
Tuesday at 10:00 is paid. Wednesday at 09:00 is open. A time that overlaps another one cannot be booked. You see the service, the customer and the time range in the same week, and you move the appointment when the day changes.

The rules hold the day
Open 09:00–16:00, 60 minutes, 15-minute break. The next free time is 10:15, and 15:30 is too late if you close at 16:00. Each booking form keeps its own rules, so a short appointment and a long one can have different lengths.

The customer books themselves
They pick a service and a time that is actually free. A booking that arrives at 21:14 is in the calendar in the morning. They only see times that fit, and the button says Continue once the time is chosen.

The money arrives with the booking
A 4 800 kr appointment is marked paid before it is confirmed. Card payment is included on every plan. The money goes to you, and the status sits on the appointment without a chase.

An empty hour still gets paid
The deposit is a fixed amount you choose, not a percentage of the price. In the example the appointment is 1 600 kr and 500 kr is locked. Set the deadline to Immediately if you want the whole payment to stay until you refund it yourself.

The reminder goes out before the hour
Tomorrow at 09:15 gets an email on its own. SMS is added from Basis, with your name as the sender. The text is the same one you preview in settings: a greeting, the time, and a short closing.

The numbers show the quiet day
Monday has six appointments. Wednesday has one. The curve shows where the week is open, and the devices show whether the booking came from a phone, a computer, or without tracking. You put the next offer on the quiet day.

You see which link actually books
Instagram brought 11 bookings and 18 400 kr. The ad brought 4 and 6 200 kr. You keep the link that fills the calendar. Tracking links are included on Complete.
